A Little Late with our Big News!

Okay we're really late in putting this up on the blog, so most anyone who checks this already knows anyway. I'm just covering my bases....

....WE'RE PREGNANT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just found out (about three months ago that is), and are so excited. We don't know yet if it is a boy or girl, but we are gonna find out! But we do know what the baby looks like:

We're also planning on moving into a new apartment here in a few short days, or maybe a week. The new one is a little smaller, but the utilities are free, it's on the ground floor, and it has washer/dryer hookups in the kitchen (all very important things to the lady of the house). Like our apartment now, it is in a nice old house. Actually, it is is just two houses down from the one we live in!

Kevin & Sara,

Its good to hear from you. Congrats big time on the exciting news. We are so happy you are expecting. I will be rooting for ya'll to overtake your brothers clan within a decade or so. You gotta figure out how they did multiples.

The original purpose for me (Brandon) to post a lot of our info online was to spread the word about adopting. I thought it would be a good way to announce it to friends we do not see often. Please tell Steve and Amy. I'm not sure if they know yet. Internationally or domestically, adoption is a great thing and I am excited to share this expireince with friends and families and even strangers. It is an unconventional way to share the love of Christ with others. Vietnam is interesting though because the government does not want to hear much about the adoptive parent being religious. We have found subtle ways to get the word out. We have printed shirts that have 1 John 4:19 on it along with the traditional vietnamese symbol for parental love. Currently we are selling these to raise money for the adoption but I intend to save some to give to the caregivers at the orphanage. I think it would be really cool for other families coming to the orphanage to see english scripture in a Vietnamese orphanage. It was really great to hear from you. Please stay in touch.
